[TMNT] My City

Contains Spoilers if you haven't seen the "In Dreams" episode.

Strangely enough, this had became my favorite episode from this series. I think it's the combination of music, choreography, imagining, and dialogue. 

With the dreams, my headcannon was that Donnie's dream/nightmare was in the city where he craved to return to. However, with the running and fears, he subconsciously feels guilt. Deep down, he believe it is his fault that the city was in chaos. In Donnie's eyes, Leo, his leader, is equivalent to the safety of the city. So with his fight with Leo that lead to Leo's coma (Don did say "It's all my fault, I should have listened to Leo" or something along those lines), Don subconsciously correlated that to the city's fall.

... yay headcannon.

Thus why this piece of work came about!

Ugh, spent my day solely on this piece, yay. I used references for the city skyline and the dream beaver, but not Donnie (oops). So Don's hand is off and other things.
